Just leave Piken Square and follow the quest arrows. It's pretty straightforward.

LEAVE PIKEN SQUARE and make sure your Logbook has highlighted The Duke's Daughter. It'd be advisable to get a fair party of 4 to help you as well, as Althea's quests are bloody tough

When you are too far away from the quest destination the arrows will not appear. This is the case sometimes in the Duke's Daughter quest (and the follow-up quest: Althea's Ashes). To get the arrow (if it doesn't show up), you need to head East from Piken Square until you hit the Diessa Lowlands. Your green quest arrow should appear once you hit Diessa Lowlands. Other than that, there is not much advice to give because Althea spawns in different places in Diessa. Good luck!

The Dukes Daughter was a pretty hard quest for me. I tryd it with three henchman the first time around. So the party was like this, Me a W/M, Mage Henchman, Healer Henchman, Warrior Henchman. I don't know about anyone else but I spend more time healing and resing the henchmen more then they actually fight. I would just group up with a three people (Go to Piken Square and ask around, there are a bunch of people looking for partys to do quests around there).

Once you get the Ashes portion of the quest, it gets really tough. When you finally get to the final destination you will find more than a fair amount of Charr to face. I tried this with a friend + 2 henchman and we continually got slaughtered. I later went with 3 real players all lvl 11-13 and we still took it in the heiny, but did manage a solution. We all had the quest and it only took 1 of us getting to the alter to complete (that's a hint). When you get close and see all of the lil groups of Charr, strategy comes into play.....select a group to take down, back off and regen, then take down the next, back off regen....rinse & repeat. Now comes approaching the alter, where there were no less than 15 Charr and no way to pull just a few at a time.......so we sacrificed.....I had by sprint equipped and while the others sacrificed themsevles I did my best running back impression and made it to the alter.

I found the ghost, but she does not talk and the quest does not change into Althea's ashes. Is it bugged?

after you click on here go back to Piken then speek to the Duke, he will then tell you he wants you to collect her ashes and will give you a new WayPoint to go do this. Its not a extension of the Dukes Duaghter Quest but a new quest in itself.

Nope I clicked on her over 10 times, went back and the duke has nothing to say. And the mission still tells me: Search for a sign of duke Barradins lost daughter.

Try again, I've had buggy missions to. When I was doing fontier gate fugitives I went and got the first guy but he immediatly disappeared not letting finish quest. I went back and got him a second time and it worked.
